FH and I went to Hannaford after a tasting for our wedding tonight. The last place to go when you are stuffed is the grocery store but in this case it played our our advantage. We were each armed with a $2 off meat coupon and $1 off Hannaford item.
Total spent for my transaction: approx $2.25 (boneless chicken thighs and cream cheese)
FH's transaction approx $3.50 (boneless chicken thighs and a box of Hannaford brand mini wheats)
Each packet of chicken thighs we had were approx $5.50 and had $1.50 off coupon and used a $2 off coupon. $2 each!
I will really miss those $2 off meat items and the $1 off when they expire.
